Our Shipping Commitment
At DEDE Glow Care, we strive to deliver your natural beauty essentials as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping terms below to understand how we handle your orders.
1. Delivery Areas & Times We currently ship to all major cities.
Standard Delivery: 2 to 5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Processing Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed on the same business day.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
We occasionally offer Free Shipping on orders over a certain amount (stay tuned to our newsletter!).
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Since we exclusively offer Cash on Delivery, please ensure you are available at the provided address to receive your order and make the payment to the courier.
Please provide a valid and active phone number so the delivery team can coordinate with you.
4. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message or email. Our delivery partner may contact you via phone or SMS to schedule the exact delivery time.
5. Missed Deliveries If you are unable to receive your package on the first attempt, our courier will try to contact you again. After 3 failed attempts, the order will unfortunately be canceled.
